Nicky Tran was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. As a young musician, she earned regional recognition for her solo band performances before pursuing a career in cosmetology.

Nicky was drawn to Evolution Development Group for its vibrant culture and her passion for personal and team development. She finds inspiration in helping her teammates grow and thrives in the competitive environment, which drives her to aim higher and advance professionally.

Nicky’s long-term goals include continuing to support her colleagues in their professional growth and contributing to the organization’s market expansion efforts for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys bonding with her teammates and staying active on the volleyball court.
