Nicky Tran was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. As a young musician, she earned regional recognition for her solo band performances before pursuing cosmetology school. 

 

Nicky was drawn to Evolution Development Group by its vibrant culture and her passion for personal and team development. She finds inspiration in helping her teammates grow and thrives in the competitive environment, which motivates her to aim higher and advance professionally.

Nicky’s long-term goal is to continue supporting her team members in their professional journeys and eventually take on a leadership role in market expansion for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys bonding with her colleagues and staying active on the volleyball court.
